Revive Spine and Sport chose to follow a fee-for-service based model. This allows us greater freedom in terms of the quality of care we provide. We utilize an evidence based approach for your Physical Therapy treatments. The focus is on educating you and putting you in control of your pain and outcomes.

When paying for services directly you have the ability to choose from the best of the best because you aren't concerned about reimbursement rates and relationships with the providers. My ultimate goal is to get you back to enjoying life as quickly as possible, with the understanding that your consistency is my ultimate guiding force. Unlike in traditional Physical Therapy settings, I do not have to worry about how long you are there, how many different units I can charge, or how I am going to double book you with someone else.

1 on 1 treatment is what you deserve and that is exactly what you are going to get with Revive Spine and Sport of New Braunfels, TX. Your Physical Therapy sessions will be on your time and in the space of your choosing. Uncomfortable exercising around others or just don't have the time to step away from work or the family? Great! We can come to you or even complete your treatment through tele-health services.

I utilize the Mckenzie technique for Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy which allows me to gain essential information without requiring physical touch in most cases. This has been a true blessing over the last year for my patient's and myself. That being said there will always be cases that require hands on treatment and this can be accomplished through manual therapy including soft tissue mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations, spinal mobilizations, spinal manipulations, and dry needling with or without electrical stimulation applied.

From an exercise perspective your program will be built with your environment in mind, this means I will not give you exercises requiring gym equipment unless going to the gym is a normal part of your routine. Resistance bands and suspension training provide more than enough progressions for anyone to progress their strength, reduce their pain, and improve their overall health from the comfort of their home.

Give me a call with any questions and let's get you moving the right direction!
